TruEco - Genuinely Recycled
Many companies claim their USBs are made from recycled plastic, but are they? The answer is NO! One simple fact is that although all wastage and off cuts can be re-introduced into the system, manufacturing always starts out using “virgin” ABS plastic.
What about Eco Friendly wooden USBs? As the Far East does not have its own sustainable forests wood has to be imported. So although the product may ‘feel’ eco-friendly it does not mean that it is. Bamboo is probably the most eco-friendly as it is a fast growing material.
So why TruEco? With recycled newspaper as the raw ingredient, they may not be high in the looks department, but they are the only genuine recycled eco-friendly USBs on the market.
